 Kinsale Apartments, Henrico County, VA – program management of a 320 unit, 5 story apartment community including clubhouse, pool, and fitness center.

 Winterfield Apartments, Midlothian, VA – Program management of 200-unit apartment complex including clubhouse, pool and fitness center.

 TREAK Life Plan Community, Peewee, KY – Planning and feasibility study of 192-unit senior living community including independent living, assisted living, and memory care. Facility includes approximately 25,000 SF of community building including full service kitchen, wellness, and activity spaces.

 Stonebridge Country Club, Naples, FL – Review of plans, specifications and bids on parking lot redesign. Review of future clubhouse expansion.

 Canopy at Ginter Park, Richmond, VA – Program Management of 318 unit Class A apartment community including clubhouse, pool, and amenities.

 Sterling Oaks Community Association, Naples, FL – Planning, budgeting and design of clubhouse renovation.

 Buena Vida Estates, Melbourne, FL – Planning, budgeting and consulting on CCRC interior renovations, new 60 bed SNF, and 36 unit cottage project.

 Village on the Isle, Venice, FL – Serving as Owners Representative and Program Manager for a major repositioning of a CCRC.  Projects include major and minor renovations, new independent living, replacement skilled nursing facility, new commons, and other project improvements to regain market share and product position.

 Everett Home – Marco Island, FL – Performed services as the owners representative for a custom renovation of a waterside home. The home is approximately 6,500 SF with high end finishes and amenities.

Spectrum Residential – Franklin, TN – Program management services for  a 328 unit 5 story wood frame apartment project located in Cool Springs, TN.  Preconstruction services commenced in January 2013 and construction commenced in July 2013.

Patriots Colony – Williamsburg, VA – Master planning and strategic planning for anticipated campus additions and renovations.  Major activities include market studies, competitive analysis, design charrette, facility assessment, focus groups, and master project planning document. 

Penick Village – Southern Pines, NC – Provided strategic planning for  repositioning of existing continuing care retirement community.  Provided development program, design charrette, scoping documents and other associated services.

North Hill Communities – Needham, MA – Provided program management services for a major CCRC campus repositioning.  Total project cost $100MM including new skilled nursing facility, assisted living and memory care.  Major site renovations, rehab of existing commons and living units.

Velocity in The Gulch – Nashville, TN– Construction commenced October 2007 – 256 unit mixed use development with 21,000 SF of retail and 380 vehicle parking deck. Owner: Bristol Development

Wade Park – Frisco, TX- Program management for a 1210 unit three building mixed use retail and residential project.  These buildings are individual projects in a 172 acre mixed use development.  Two of the buildings are four story wood frame structures over a concrete retail podium including poured in place parking structures.  The third building is a 19 story high rise including first floor retail uses and a subterranean three level parking garage.
