Everett Home – Marco Island, FL – Performed services as the owners representative for a custom renovation of a waterside home. The home is approximately 6,500 SF with high end finishes and amenities.
Spectrum Residential – Franklin, TN – Program management services for a 328 unit 5 story wood frame apartment project located in Cool Springs, TN. Preconstruction services commenced in January 2013 and construction commenced in July 2013.
Patriots Colony – Williamsburg, VA – Master planning and strategic planning for anticipated campus additions and renovations. Major activities include market studies, competitive analysis, design charrette, facility assessment, focus groups, and master project planning document.
Penick Village – Southern Pines, NC – Provided strategic planning for repositioning of existing continuing care retirement community. Provided development program, design charrette, scoping documents and other associated services.
North Hill Communities – Needham, MA – Provided program management services for a major CCRC campus repositioning. Total project cost $100MM including new skilled nursing facility, assisted living and memory care. Major site renovations, rehab of existing commons and living units.

Wade Park – Frisco, TX- Program management for a 1210 unit three building mixed use retail and residential project. These buildings are individual projects in a 172 acre mixed use development. Two of the buildings are four story wood frame structures over a concrete retail podium including poured in place parking structures. The third building is a 19 story high rise including first floor retail uses and a subterranean three level parking garage.
